Since January this year, 6 label printing plants in this region so far have opted for implementation or a test drive.
Labelhouse is only one of a number of Australian and New Zealand printing companies who decided to join forces with Cerm in 2013 and who have meanwhile gone live. In one of our next mailings we shall introduce you to other printing companies who also chose Cerm as their MIS partner.

To further enhance their customers' experience, Labelhouse Victoria (part of the Labelhouse/Labelcraft Group) began implementing Cerm during Q1/2013.

Ben Testa, Project Manager at Labelhouse, reminisces: "Cerm came up with a highly detailed implementation plan and together we succeeded in going live on 1 July, without exceeding either our deadline or our budget. The local support we received was second to none and demonstrated that the Cerm consultant was more than au fait with the ins and outs of the label industry. To us, those were the 2 prerequisites that in the end swayed us to throw in our lot with Cerm. Presently, not only the modules from calculation to invoicing are operational but they have also been linked to a financial package, stock management, time registration with machine-counters and finished product SKU management. In the short term, we are planning an integration with EskoArtwork and HP and we will also be launching Web4Labels. Once that has been finalized, we are looking forward to other Labelhouse/Labelcraft plants implementing Cerm."
