About CERM

CERM is a Belgian software company, developing and implementing a niche-ERP/MIS for label and packaging printers worldwide (> 40 countries, > 400 customers). CERM is known in this market for its high-end product and the quality of its service.

After an MBO in 2020 CERM became independent and we are investing in our expansion through marketing, sales and product innovation. Today we have a team of 80 persons, a turnover of 10 MIO. 70 % of our revenue is recurrent and we are profitable.

Agile Coach

We believe that implementing agile is a great way to streamline our business but making significant organizational changes and motivating employees can be challenging. That’s where you as an agile coach come in.

As an agile coach you will help individuals, teams, and the entire organization to embrace a culture shift based on agile principles, practices, and values.

With this role CERM is looking for motivated and ambitious applicants who are based in Belgium as we believe that a regular presence in our headquarter (Oostkamp/Brugge) is necessary to guarantee your success as an agile coach.

This person reports directly to the CTO as this role is crucial for the future success of CERM.

Job description: In this role …

• You will be the scrum master of 3 teams as we strongly believe that there is no better way to embody agile principles by simply doing it.
• You will be coaching, facilitating and supporting leadership in their exciting agile journey.
• You build step by step together with the whole team a unique engineering culture inspired by agile where team members are empowered and it’s fun to work.
• You will be one of the driving forces behind the agile guild.
• You apply techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote an innovative culture.
• You will become the coach of future new scrum masters when our development team will be growing.

• You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• You think agile from the moment you wake up until you go to bed.
• You are diplomatic, hands-on, flexible and a great team player.
• You have solid interpersonal skills and are very team oriented
