CERM MIS Internal Trainer

With this role CERM is looking for motivated and ambitious applicants who are based in the EU, and are able to regularly travel to the CERM HQ based in Belgium Oostkamp, to train and guide CERM colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge about the CERM software and all its related aspects, as well as developing e-Learning to train customers.

This person reports to our Learning team manager

Job description: In this role you will,

• Be part of a great team of experienced software learning specialists
• Be able to evaluate and identify training needs
• Design and improve existing training schedules to cover all aspects a CERM MIS implementation specialist may encounter
• Schedule and deliver appropriate training sessions on location or remotely
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
• Work closely together with the learning team, the CERM consultants, the helpdesk and other teams across departments
• Provide coaching and mentoring to help colleagues excel and up their professional goals
• Maintain a high standard of personal administration
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices
• Provide regular status updates and activity reports according to our company practices

This role might be a good fit if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in the Label and/or Packaging industry using the CERM software
• Have great communication, presentation and writing skills
• Have solid interpersonal skills and are very team oriented
• Have understanding of different learning methods and  know how to implement them
• Be able to adapt the training curriculum to the individual needs of the trainee
• Have good time management skills
• Are willing to take ownership of issues and follow through to reach a solution
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
• Have understanding of instructional design, LMS, LXP and eLearning
