CERM 7.27 - Defining volumes and transport requirements when shipping sales orders

After finishing production, the order picking process for the complete sales order can be carried out. When your sales order status subsequently changes to “ready for shipment”, you need to define shipping volumes and all transport requirements first before you can send your finished goods to your customer.

Defining shipment volumes is new development in the sales order module within our 7.27 CERM MIS version update. You can specify all transport requirements that are needed: the specific type and volume of the package and its exact dimensions. Subsequently, the nShift DeliveryHub platform (nShift is a CERM-partner and Transport Management System) receives all submitted requirements over a direct and automated communication link, optimizing shipment processes and eliminating duplication of work and effort.
