1.1.  CERM NV, registered with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises under number 0440.985.556 and having its registered office at Siemenslaan 17, 8020 Oostkamp (Belgium) welcome you to the website www.cerm.net, including any mobile versions thereof or related mobile applications (“Website”).

 

1.2.  The access and use of the Website is free, without prejudice of the possibility of CERM of rendering services or making available certain contents that are subjected to user name, password or payment, and requires the user’s acceptance of the present terms of use, as well as of the contents and services that CERM makes available to the user in the Website (respectively, the “Terms”, the “Contents” and the “Services”).

 

1.3.  Certain Services of the Website (e.g. subscription or access to software) is regulated by particular conditions (e.g. subscription terms) which, in case of conflict, shall prevail over the Terms.
