CERM Business Development Manager - DACH

With this role CERM – a global player in MIS for Labels & Packaging - is looking for a sales professional to join our growing team in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to better serve our existing customers and help to enlarge our footprint in the German-speaking Label and Packaging market. This person reports to the Director of Global Business Development.

Job description: In this role you will

  • Manage all sales activities within existing and new customers and partners
  • Leverage all local CERM resources as well as our Marketing team towards the achievement of your goals
  • Execute CERM’s sales, marketing and support strategies to ensure highest customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain a detailed knowledge of the CERM product and the Label and Packaging market
  • Provide timely and accurate territory reporting and forecasting to CERM management utilizing our CRM system at its best
  • Provide regular feedback to marketing and management regarding your local territory and projects
  • Communicate regularly with key contacts of customers, prospects and partners through personal visits, video conferences, telephone calls, … Frequent traveling is required!
  • Attend and represent CERM at tradeshows and open houses
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Manage development of prospects and successful completion of new business sales for software license agreements and consulting services
  • Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies, aligned according to our CERM-company goals optimized for your territory
  • Facilitate 1st level demos for customers and prospects
  • Facilitate access and use of additional resources like the CERM ROI calculator to provide contacts with comprehensive analysis and diligence of product offering
  • Be able to work out of your home office

This role might be a good fit if you:

  • Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have solid interpersonal skills and are very team oriented
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in a complex software industry or in the Label, Folding Carton, Flexible Packaging industries)
  • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Have experience selling software and a good technical understanding of software systems
  • Can manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region
  • Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding both individual and team sales quota/goals
  • Are confident and experienced in turning cold calls into revenue-generating accounts
  • Can handle complex technical sales cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English language

With this role CERM – a global player in MIS for Labels & Packaging - is looking for a sales professional to join our growing team in the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries to better serve our existing customers and help to enlarge our footprint in the UK and Nordic Label and Packaging market. This person reports to the Director of Global Business Development.

Job description: In this role you will

CERM MIS Implementation Specialist – EMEA

With this role CERM is looking for motivated and ambitious applicants who are based in the UK or the EU, who are able to travel to our customers and partner and help to implement the CERM system, provide implementations support and applications consultancy. 

This person reports to the Director of Customer Service.

Job description: In this role you will,

  • Be part of a great team of experienced software consultants
  • Get the chance to become a CERM expert and deliver training and consultancy
  • Lead implementation projects to a successful conclusion
  • Provide post go-live support and ongoing consultancy to our customer base
  • Work with product management, helpdesk and other teams across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Maintain a high standard of personal administration
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices
  • Provide regular status updates and activity reports according to our company practices

This role might be a good fit if you:

  • Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have solid interpersonal skills and are very team oriented
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in the Label and Packaging industry
  • Can manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region
  • Have good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Have experience of at least one ERP package, either as a consultant or as a senior end user
  • Be self-directed and self-motivated
  • Have a natural interest in working with clients with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Be willing to take ownership of issues and follow through to reach a solution
  • Be willing to spend at least 50% of time away from home
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional language proficiency is very welcome)
