Join our team of 15 experts implementing our software for new customers, and help ensure the continuous optimization of business processes for existing customers.
The job is all about teaching, coaching, and project and change management. You will be overseeing the complete end-to-end workflow for an interesting variety of customers, dealing with people at all levels. After a period of on-the-job training, you will mostly work independently with your customers. The results they achieve will come thanks to your expertise and project leadership.
We are looking for people who are familiar with business processes in small to medium-sized production companies. The ideal candidate is good with people and good with figures. You will be managing projects as well as dealing with the details of production cost calculations. You will be leading group discussions, training people and working on document and report layouts.
Our customers are located around the world, so you should expect to travel within your region. Many tasks can be done remotely, but personal contact is often required when helping customers manage change. We aim for a 50/50 remote/onsite presence.
