MIS Implementation Specialist - US

What you'll do
We're looking for a new colleague to join our Consultancy Team. You'll be at the heart of every implementation, acting as the bridge between customer challenges and our MIS solution.
This is what your day-to-day might look like:
Lead implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
Provide post go-live support and ongoing consultancy to our customer base.
Be part of a great team of experienced software consultants.
Provide regular status updates and activity reports according to our company practices.
Work with product management, helpdesk and other teams across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Become a CERM expert and deliver training and consultancy.
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience in the Label and Packaging industry.
- Experience of at least one ERP package, either as a consultant or as a senior end user.
- Excellent communicator — clients trust you, and the team loves working with you.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- Self-driven, proactive, and ready to hit the road.
