CERM is looking for motivated and ambitious professionals based in our Oostkamp, Belgium HQ to join our team as a MIS Implementation Consultant for the EU region. In this position you will report to the Director of Customer Service.

What you'll do
We’re looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Service Team. You’ll be at the heart of every implementation, acting as the bridge between customer challenges and our MIS solution.
This is what your day-to-day might look like:
Implement our software at customer sites and through remote workshops and training.
Deliver high quality customer support and generate customer satisfaction.
Provide post go-live support and ongoing assistance to our customer base.
Be part of a great team of experienced software consultants.
Work with product management, support, and other teams across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Maintain a high standard of personal administration.
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Management, IT or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation or similar roles.
- Genuine interest in MIS/ERP systems.
- Natural problem solver.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Natural interest in working with clients with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-directed and self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Bonus points if you:
- Are fluent in German.
- Have experience and understanding of IT system integrations.
- Have experience/keen interest in the label and packaging industry.
