MIS Implementation Specialist - Spain

At CERM, we’re changing how label and packaging companies run—with smarter software, streamlined workflows, and data that drives real decisions. We’re looking for someone based in Spain, who are able to travel to our customers and partners to implement the CERM system, provide customer support and software consultancy.
Remote (with up to 50% travel to customer sites)

What you'll do
In this role you will
Be part of a great team of experienced software consultants
Become a CERM expert and deliver training and consultancy
Lead implementation projects to a successful conclusion
Provide post go-live support and ongoing consultancy to our customer base
Work with product management, helpdesk and other teams across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
Maintain a high standard of personal administration
Participate in team meetings and share best practices
Provide regular status updates and activity reports according to our company practices.
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience in the Label and Packaging industry.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid interpersonal skills and are very team oriented.
- You can manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region.
- Experience of at least one ERP package, either as a consultant or as a senior end user.
- Natural interest in working with clients with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Willing to take ownership of issues and follow through to reach a solution.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
