What you'll do
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and working accurately, ensuring colleagues can rely on you. Someone who contributes to smarter processes and wants to be part of a collaborative team. You'll be a key member of our finance team and directly contribute to its continued professionalization and growth
You process all accounting transactions carefully and systematically for both Belgian and foreign entities.
You prepare and send invoices to customers for subscriptions or services provided using our ERP.
You follow up with customers on overdue accounts to secure payments.
You work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth communication regarding customer accounts and payment issues.
You support monthly and annual closings and ensure that our figures are accurate every time.
You provide high-quality financial data to stakeholders to build analyses and forecasts.
You prepare payment runs and cash flow forecasts.
You prepare tax obligations and ensure timely and correct filings.
You ensure proper documentation for internal and external audits.
You contribute to digitalization and process optimization within Finance.
What makes you a great fit
- Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a similar field.
- +3 years in accounting is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are also important.
- Experience with Exact Online is a plus.
- You enjoy working with Excel and have strong analytical skills.
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and can communicate in Dutch and English.
