Full-Stack Developer – Team leader

CERM develops a cutting-edge SaaS product to redefine how the labels and packaging industry manages operations. You’ll be joining a passionate team using the latest tools and technologies to build a powerful cloud solution from the ground up. Here’s what we work with:

AI-driven quality assurance and DevOps support
What you'll do
You'll join a small, agile development team working in short sprints. In this role you will:
Lead a small, agile team
Co-create modern solutions with architects and UX designers
Bring ideas to life alongside product managers and DevOps engineers
Ensure high-quality code using the latest AI-powered QA techniques
Explore emerging tech and AI applications to improve development and product performance
What makes you a great fit
- Master’s degree in computer science, Applied Sciences, or similar
- A keen interest in AI and its applications in software development
- 4-7 years of experience in full-stack development
- Experience with agile and scrum principles
- (initial) Team lead experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team; skilled in providing constructive feedback and conducting performance evaluations
- Work cross-departmentally to coordinate and dispatch tasks, organize reviews/meetings and manage the associated administrative processes
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English speaker
