We’re looking for a Marketing Manager based in Belgium to lead and evolve our global marketing strategy. You’ll take ownership of how CERM shows up in the market — across events, digital campaigns, content, and lead generation — ensuring everything we do is aligned, consistent, and impactful.

What you'll do
This is what your day-to-day might look like:
Drive and continuously optimize lead generation while strengthening CERM’s global brand awareness and market positioning.
Define and drive CERM’s global marketing strategy across events, digital, and content—ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead and coordinate our international marketing activities, including 30+ events per year, campaigns, product positioning efforts and content marketing.
Oversee lead generation and management processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and strong alignment with the Business Development team.
Manage and support the marketing team, setting priorities, guiding execution, and helping people grow.
Analyze marketing performance and report on results.
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
- Experience in and understanding of B2B marketing strategies in a SaaS context in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions.
- The capability to switch context between thinking on a strategic marketing level, and be involved in operational marketing team work.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools.
Bonus points if you:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including experience in a B2B SaaS software environment.
- (First) experience managing or coordinating a small team.
- Track record in campaign management, content marketing, online marketing and event organization.
- Experience working with sales teams and aligning marketing and lead generation with business development.
- Experience in an international environment.
