February was all about the CERM User Group Days 2025 - and what an incredible journey it has been!

With 7,292 km between Dallas (United States) and Paris (France), distance was no barrier for our customers who joined us from all over the world. Whether in the Americas or Europe, the goal was the same: to connect, learn, and master the CERM-tools that keep them ahead in the industry.

Over the course of two intensive days in both cities, we engaged in deep discussions with our customers - listening to their challenges, sharing insights on what's next for CERM, and most importantly, helping them sharpen their skills. From first-time attendees to long-time users, everyone walked out with new strategies and fresh perspectives. 

 

Our CERM experts and partners led interactive breakout sessions, answered burning questions, and showcased new solutions that will make daily operations smoother and more efficient. Live demonstrations, hands-on training, and direct feedback sessions allowed attendees to apply what they learned instantly. The energy in the room was undeniable - proof that these gatherings are much more than just events; they're moments of collaboration and growth.

Beyond the sessions, the networking moments were just as valuable. Customers shared success stories, discussed best practices, and connected with industry peers facing similar challenges. It was inspiring to see how the CERM community continues to support and learn from one another.

 

Looking back, we couldn't be prouder of what we achieved together. But if there's one thing we know for sure, it's this: we’re already gearing up to make the next User Group Days even bigger, even better, and even more impactful.
