We are constantly looking for the best ways to keep you updated and to help you to become a CERM expert. That’s why we have expanded the CERM Academy newsletter and created a brand-new concept. The CERM Inside – or is it Insight – newsletter is exclusively reserved for our CERM customers and will bring you best practices, product information, new development releases and version updates. Of course, a newsletter can only fit so much. If you’d be needing extra support, our CERM Academy, online help database and helpdesk will remain at your service.

More than just an E-learning menu

The CERM Inside newsletter will highlight some interesting best practices in using the CERM MIS software. Small reminders or handy shortcuts that allow you to save time and energy. Small things – you may call them MIS life hacks – that might have slipped your mind while getting through the usual every-day workload. For example, did you know that you can automatically generate multiple invoices and email them at the same time to the right contact at your customer? Or that there’s an easy way to update all substrate prices? These and many other tips & tricks are to be found in the new CERM Inside newsletter for customers.

CERM new development releases

Aside from perfecting your use of the CERM MIS software, you’ll be the first to know about new development releases. Today is all about evolution and as your expert partner we want to support you in becoming a smart factory of the future. New developments like our new CERM Smart BI or Production Monitor offer interesting new functionalities and toolsets and are valuable extensions to your CERM MIS that will improve productivity even more.

CERM version updates and practical details

Every half year – give or take a few days – we upgrade our CERM MIS software. Last Christmas, we gave you our CERM 7.26 version update. The very next update (v7.27) is scheduled for June ’22 and currently being finalized. Whenever the updates are launched, we present you what are the key new elements and what are the breaking changes you should know when you’d like to proceed and install.
