Thanks to your support and cooperation, the switch from TopDesk was a success. This upgrade marks a major step forward in how we support you. With Zoho Desk, we’re bringing you a faster, more reliable, and user-friendly experience, while keeping the familiar workflow you’re used to.
Same URL, fresh experience
You’ll still access the helpdesk through the same link—but you’ll now find a cleaner interface, smarter tools, and quicker responses on the other side.
Need to check an old ticket?
No worries! All historical tickets are still available through the “Historical support system” link on our support page.
Need a hand getting started?
We’ve added helpful guides and training materials on the landing page to make sure your experience with the new platform is as smooth as possible.
Behind the scenes, this is a big leap for us—allowing our support team to manage requests more efficiently and keep things running seamlessly. But for you? It’s business as usual… just better. If you haven’t explored the new system yet, we invite you to take a look—we’re confident you will find it very easy and clear to use.
