CERM provides narrow web printers with software that can maximise efficiency and profits in a number of ways; such as monitoring machine speed and producing quotes online.
CERM offers robust and modular end-to-end business automation solutions that are designed to inspire collaboration within the narrow web printing industry. CERM's range includes modules that support each step in a client's workflow to improve efficiency and profitability. It covers all aspects in a narrow web printing company: customer relation management and sales, estimating, products, sales orders, production jobs, material management and inventory, warehouse management, scheduling, shop floor data collection, shipping an invoicing.
Collaborating with customers is done via Web4Labels (W4L), an all-in-one digital storefront for online quoting and the management of assets. W4L enables end users - including sales staff - to obtain an immediate answer by producing quotes online. Requests for quotations, pricing for reprints, managing existing products, and creating new ones with an approval cycle and online ordering is included in the package.
CERM has been focusing on partnering with key industry suppliers, covering everything from conventional and digital press manufacturers, finishing equipment, pre-press software, die-cut and material suppliers, ink dispensing systems and shipping software.
All departments can be monitored through the Smart BI application with specific dashboards for the narrow web printing industry.
The CERM Live Monitor allows narrow web printers to connect their machines and get live data streamed to configurable dashboards. CERM's Live Monitor can be used for conventional or digital presses and finishing machines, giving real-time insight into a client's production factory. Some of the streamed data include current machine status and speed versus expected speed, as well as the totals produced (good/waste) and much more. Live Monitor is accessible on web browsers, tablets and mobile devices.
