As we continue to expand our product offerings and global footprint, we are seeking a talented and driven DevOps Engineer to join our cloud development team.

Position overview

As an experienced DevOps Engineer at CERM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration of development and operations processes for our new cloud platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our software delivery pipeline, enhance system reliability, and streamline deployment processes. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in DevOps methodologies, automation, and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using laC tools. Ensure scalability, security, and performance of infrastructure components. 
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes. Collaborate with development teams to optimize build and release workflows.
• Manage containerized applications and optimize container orchestration for scalability, resilience, and resource efficiency.
• Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems. Respond to and resolve incidents, minimizing downtime and improving system reliability.
• Implement security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company security policies.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as DevOps Engineer.
• General It knowledge about
  • Networking: TCP/IP, routing, NAT, firewall
  • Webhosting: Nginx, reverse-proxy, REST API
  • Hypervisors: VMWare, Hyper-V
  • OS: Windows Server 20xx and Redhat Linux
• Good DevOps knowledge about:
  • Azure (app services, Azure SQL database, Application Gateway)
  • Docker
  • Iac (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep)
  • CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub)
  • Linux Bash
  • Powershell
• The following experience or DevOps knowledge is a plus:
  • K8s (AKS)
  • Monitoring (New Relic)
  • Docker Swarm
  • Security (Pen) testing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
