CERM Inside Sales Representative


We are looking for our new, motivated and ambitious Inside Sales Representative that will take care about our existing customers and ensure a regular contact with them to help to make the best use of the CERM Business tools to improve their  business processes while introducing the latest system enhancements and modules of the CERM system.

The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the CERM Sales and Admin teams and reports direct into the Director of Global Business Development.


Job Description:

  • Initiating sales calls to existing customers and
  • Monitor various marketing and sales databases. 
  • Maintain regular contact and strategy Teams sessions with our customers to drive sales of CERM add-on modules.
  • Maintain the CERM customer base. 
  • Provide demonstrations of add on modules to prospects. 
  • Initiate outbound sales calling campaigns together with the marketing team
  • Track and manage sales cycles for CERM add on modules.
  • Responsible for business reporting and forecasting for their assigned customers through use of the CERM ZOHO CRM.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in printing industry preferred
  • Experience in complex software sales processes
  • Experience in working in an international business environment
  • Fluent with MS applications, PC’s and remote methods of communication/ demonstration
  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation
  • Good presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Enthusiastic learner
  • Proven ability to work as a team member and individually to achieve set objectives


Essential Skills:

  • Superior verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages like Dutch, French or German are a big advantage.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work proactively in both independent and team situations.
