CERM offers you our MIS Software solutions, the CERM Portal with our cloud- and browser-based applications (Smart BI, Web4Labels/Packaging and the CERM CRM) and the CERM Academy. We also have our own ticketing platform, online helpdesk and CERM Online Help database to provide you with service and support whenever you need it.
Today, all our products and services have their own access system and authentication process, but we are working hard on the development of a uniform and innovative cloud-based platform for all our CERM-users in a protected environment. CERM ID will become your single point of authentication.
