CERM offers you our MIS Software solutions, the CERM Portal with our cloud- and browser-based applications (Smart BI, Web4Labels/Packaging and the CERM CRM) and the CERM Academy. We also have our own ticketing platform, online helpdesk and CERM Online Help database to provide you with service and support whenever you need it.
CERM ID
Today, all our products and services have their own access system and authentication process, but we are working hard on the development of a uniform and innovative cloud-based platform for all our CERM-users in a protected environment. CERM ID will become your single point of authentication.
The CERM ID will be reserved exclusively for CERM-users and partners only.
- Access to CERM help and exclusive contents only available to CERM users with CERM ID.
- Always have the latest and up-to-date information at hand.
- Can be integrated with Microsoft Azure to enable SSO (Single Sign On).
