CERM Partner Integration
Gain accurate production data directly from your Durst press
The CERM–Durst integration connects production information from the Durst printing system with CERM MIS, providing converters with accurate data on ink consumption and production counters for each job.
Using a JDF/JMF interface, information generated during production is automatically communicated back to CERM, reducing manual data entry and giving converters greater visibility into actual production performance and material usage.
Ink consumption and counter data
During production, the Durst printing system uses JMF messaging to return relevant production information to CERM. This includes the total ink consumption per job as well as production counter data.
By automatically linking this information to the corresponding job in CERM MIS, converters can compare actual production results with estimated values and maintain more accurate job costing and consumption records.
The automated exchange of production data between CERM MIS and Durst creates a more connected workflow, improves the accuracy of production reporting, and provides better insight into the real costs and material consumption associated with each job.
