CERM Partner Integration
Connect finishing equipment directly to your production workflow
The CERM–IBIS integration connects the IBIS Smart-binder with CERM MIS, allowing production information from the finishing process to be automatically communicated back to CERM.
Through real-time JMF messaging, CERM receives job and device status information together with production counter values. This reduces manual production registration and gives converters better visibility into finishing operations.
Counter data and real-time production feedback
During production, the IBIS Smart-binder automatically reports job status, device status, and counter values back to CERM MIS.
This production feedback enables CERM to automatically register important information such as material consumption and the time spent on each job, keeping actual production data connected to the corresponding order.
By automating the exchange of finishing data between IBIS and CERM, converters can reduce manual input, improve the accuracy of production records, and gain better insight into the actual performance and costs of their finishing processes.
