Premium Integration Partnership

The Premium Integration Partnership quality label is designed to recognize quality and excellence, without creating any unfair advantage or bias within the industry. It's a badge of assurance that both parties deliver high-quality results based on a proven and trusted solution.

This distinctive quality label underlines our commitment to fostering strong relationships with label and packaging printing industry leaders and promoting seamless workflow integration through high-level partner interfaces.

“Launching our CERM Premium Integration Partner label sets the bar of what could be an ideal partnership, and it challenges ourselves to work towards a common goal with all our industry partners.”

As each CERM partner integration has a distinctive context of its own, all integrations are evaluated individually and based on five essential criteria:

1. Number of live customer installations

The number of live customer installations represents the presence and impact of the respective partner integration within our customer database, CERM-users and CERM-community.

In addition, the extensiveness of each implementation will be taken into account.

2. Bi-directional data-exchange

Bi-directional data-exchange represents the level and depth of automation obtained by implementing the respective partner integration.

Is there a fully automated data exchange-flow set in place between your CERM MIS and the other operating system(s) within the workflow?

3. Quality of documentation

Comprehensive documentation facilitates troubleshooting, maintenance, and future updates, making the integration more efficient and reliable.

It serves as a reference for all stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration throughout the development process.

4. Customer support on both sides

Strong customer service ensures any concerns being addressed promptly and technical support being provided on any side of our partnership.

5. Business automation and workflow integration

The level of business automation achieved through the respective partner integration demonstrates the integration's ability to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance operational efficiency for users.

A high degree of automation aligns with the program's goal of delivering effective integrations that provide tangible benefits to our end-users and contribute to overall efficiency and improved productivity.
