What you'll do
As a Developer at CERM, specialized in Angular development, you contribute to the design, development, innovation and maintenance of our web applications. Next to this you will work on the further expansion of our API’s, and the introduction of AI enhanced functionality. You will collaborate with a team of talented developers, analysts, product managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust applications and support service that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
This is what your day-to-day might look like:
Extend our web application development in Angular by creating new functionality taking into account the demands of our customers.
Contribute to both feature innovation and product innovation
Assisting in continuously improving and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance, robustness, availability and quality
UI/UX: Adding new features through design thinking assisted by our UI/UX designer
Next to the Angular focus, you will work on extending our API’s and the introduction of AI powered enhancements to the software
Become the knowledge lead for AI related developments
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product management and customer service, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to software design, code, and configuration.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software development practices and products.
What makes you a great fit
- Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Angular framework, Node.JS knowledge
- Experience in using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of/genuine interest in developing use cases for AI large language models (LLM)
- Experience using Jenkins (or similar continuous integration tools), GitHub (or similar source code management systems) and Docker is a plus.
- Eagerness to support customers and be in contact with first and second lines support staff.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with Python
- Have experience with React
