Job costing reports are a great way of analysing your production costs before and after significant changes in our workflow or business organisation. We usually recommend making these analyses some time after implementing CERM, it is at least as effective after introducing and commissioning new machines or production services.

The standard job costing report lets you compare real production costs versus your initial parameters considered when creating new estimates. It is available in the CERM jobs module and takes into account all jobs that are considered out-of-WIP (work-in-progress).

Analysing will give you a clear insight on how to finetune your parameters. With our CERM MIS being so industry-specific, these parameters use a very detailed classification of different cost centers, minimizing error margins. Analysing your job costing report will help you avoid missing billable products or services.
