Before implementing CERM, ETIFLEX relied on five or six separate systems to manage estimating, production control, warehouse management, purchasing, accounting, and finance.
While each application fulfilled its own purpose, the lack of integration meant information was fragmented and difficult to use effectively.
By implementing CERM, ETIFLEX connected these business processes into a single workflow. Today, teams work with one integrated platform where information flows seamlessly between departments, giving everyone access to the same accurate, real-time business data.
