Full-Stack Software Engineer – Software Architect

CERM develops a cutting-edge SaaS product to redefine how the labels and packaging industry manages operations. You’ll be joining a passionate team using the latest tools and technologies to build a modern cloud-native solution from the ground up. Here’s what we work with:
.NET, React, Entity Framework
Azure, SQL Server, Elasticsearch
Guiding engineering principles: modular monolith, domain driven design, vertical sliced architecture, multitenancy, API first
DevOps principles, containerization, cloud-native development, CI/CD
Use of AI tooling (Claude Code) in an agentic engineering context
What you'll do
You'll join a small, agile development team working in short sprints. In this role you will:
Take ownership in your role of architect in a small, agile team
Co-create modern cloud-native solutions with fellow software engineers and UX designers
Bring ideas to life alongside product managers and DevOps engineers
You're skilled in agentic engineering. You use agentic AI as a tool to raise your own productivity and the team's, while still owning the outcome. You know when to put it to work and when to step in yourself.
Use and further explore emerging tech and AI applications to improve development and product performance
Add and further work on AI use cases in the software
What makes you a great fit
- Master’s degree in computer science, Applied Sciences, or similar through experience
- A keen interest in AI and its applications in software development
- 4-7 years of experience in full-stack development
- Experience with agile and scrum principles
- Experience with AI supported development, agentic engineering
- (Initial) Architect experience
- Ability to technically lead-by-example and inspire a team; skilled in providing constructive feedback and developing architectural concepts
- Knowledge of and practical experience applying the basics of secure software development
- Work cross-departmentally to coordinate tasks, organize reviews/meetings and foster adoption of novel techniques and concepts
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English speaker
